The trouble ticket confirms your problem has been entered into our system and you can monitor directly the solution feedback online. A response (as to whether the problem has been resolved or not) will be given to you within one hour. If you do not get a response within one hour, please contact the WiA Technical Support Team: Network Engineer 1: +255 (0) 22 212 9147 (Extension 16) An update will be given twice per day by our Support Department. NB: Please note that we are only responsible for providing connectivity. Internal network problems and internal email configuration problems are not our responsibility.
